We believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, truly God and truly man. He died on the cross and was buried, to be a sacrifice both for original sin and for all human transgressions, and to reconcile us to God. Christ rose bodily from the dead, and ascended into heaven, and there intercedes for us at the Father’s right hand until He returns to judge all humanity at the last day.
IF JESUS IS LORD, how do I respond and enter into a relationship with Him?
- Romans 3:23—23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
- Romans 6:23—23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- Romans 5:8—8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
- Romans 10:9-10—9 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
- Romans 5:1—Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
A Prayer to enter into a relationship with Jesus:
“Lord I am a sinner. I confess all my sins and I ask for your forgiveness. Jesus I believe you have died and rose again for my sins. Come into my heart and be Lord of my life.
In Jesus name, Amen”

* Evidence that Jesus Actually Died and Rose again:
| Proposed Explanations for the Empty Tomb | Evidence | References |
|---|---|---|
| Jesus Never really died; he just was unconscious for a time | 1) A Roman soldier told Pilate that Jesus was dead 2) The Roman soldiers did not break Jesus’ legs because they could see that he was already dead. What does this mean
for you personally?
No matter where we come from in life, or where we think we are headed, the most important question any of us will ever answer is “WHO is JESUS?” Jesus Christ changed world history forever and it is by looking at His love and His life that we learn who He was. God’s grace is seen in Jesus who came to earth in order to give us the opportunity, through Him, to receive peace with God. As you consider Jesus, we invite you to look at His death on the cross and His resurrection. There is much historical and archaeological *evidence for both, and if they are true it changes everything. You see, if Jesus, the Son of God, died on the cross for our sins and was resurrected three days later, then He is Lord. As author **C.S. Lewis points out though, if He did not, He is a liar or a lunatic.
We truly believe He is Lord and invite you to look at Jesus and consider the same.
**Full C.S. Lewis quote from his book Mere Christianity, “I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: “I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept His claim to be God.” That is the one thing we must not say. A man who said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic–on a level with the man who says he is a poached egg–or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.”
